People may fall over or shake. When the Holy Spirit touches a person, they tremble or react in various ways. This happened throughout the Bible. Daniel, Isaiah and many others had this happen when they met with God. Think about it… the creator of the universe – the one who is all powerful comes to be with us – a few things might shake. Don’t focus on what you see, or what happens or does not happen to you, focus on Jesus. We just want to see Him. You may see or hear some of these forms of worship while you are here. Remember it is not about what things look like, sound like, or your posture. It is about your heart and the heart loving Jesus and being open to the Holy Spirit. Feel free to stand, to sit, to kneel, to lie down,to come to the altar, to keep your eyes open or closed- make your comfortable. You are in the house of God, and God is with you so feel free. The two greatest commandments that Jesus gave were to love God and love your neighbour; just keep those in mind throughout your time here.
