Auction Fundraiser for Intern Mission Trip
Now that the new year has started, we are preparing the missions trip for the Antioch School of Destiny Interns. With preparation comes a budget, and you guessed it - FUNDRAISING!
We are going to try something new this year that we feel will be a great time of fellowship and a whole lot of fun. We are going to hold a Goods and Services Auction. You will be able to invite your family and friends to this event – for free!!! All we are asking is for you to donate a good or a service and allow others to bid on the item. The date of the Auction will be Saturday, Feb. 25, 2012. Doors will open at 6:00 pm. For the first hour, you will be able to view all items in the auction as well as enjoy a light dinner. The Auction will begin at 7 pm.
Below you will find examples of things you can donate. If you have something else in mind that is great too! The more items we have the more fun we will have. There will be a form on the ACM website where you can tell us what service or good you will be donating. The deadline for submissions is February 12, 2012. All donated items must be brought to the church by Wednesday, February 22, 2012. We would like to make booklets of all the items available so that you can show your family and friends ahead of time.
